BIO

Mike is a classically trained osteopathic manual practitioner who completed his Masters in Practice of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy (CAO).

Prior to his education in osteopathy, Mike graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Western University in 2016 with honors.

While at Western, Mike was a member of the varsity men’s rugby team where he further developed his passion for fitness and health. This experience reinforced the value of maintaining health practices not only during injury rehabilitation, but proactively through maintenance of optimal functioning within the body.

Mike’s education and experiences helped him to develop a complete understanding of how important it is to take care of the body so that it can take care of us in return. This belief is aligned with the principles and practices of osteopathy. His interests are in human anatomy, physiology, nutrition, and biomechanics, with a background in personal training focusing on building functional strength and mobility.

Mike is committed to lifelong learning and continues to pursue opportunities for professional development.
