Teya is a classically-trained Osteopathic Manual Practitioner. She graduated from The Canadian Academy of Osteopathy where she gained; a deep understanding of osteopathic principles; extensive knowledge on mechanics, anatomy, and physiology of the human body; and most importantly problem-solving skills required to successfully diagnose and treat a diverse range of musculoskeletal and physiological problems.
In 2011, she, graduated with honours in Health Science and Psychology from Western University. Teya has a passion for health and well-being and strives to expand her knowledge in the field. She has been involved in developing and implementing health promotion programs for international and local populations. Teya has also worked as a personal trainer and volunteer for a rehabilitation clinic. Her focus now has become helping others through osteopathy and furthering her understanding of the dynamic human body with clinical practice.
